About Dominic
Hi, I’m Dominic - a Church & Leadership Catalyst with a passion for seeing the Church revitalised and faith reignited across the nations.
My ministry journey began as a teenage leader at Kensington Temple in the mid‑1990s. From there, I went on to study Theology at Cambridge University, where I became an award‑winning student. Since then, I’ve directed a Bible college, pioneered new churches, pastored mid‑size congregations, and served in some of the largest churches in the nation. My leadership path has taken me from London, to Letchworth, to Norwich, and most recently to Cardiff, where I was the Senior Minister of City Church.
Alongside local ministry, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to national organisations through board and advisory roles. I currently serve on the National Leadership Team of the Elim Pentecostal Churches and as a trustee of Churches Together in England.
Developing and equipping leaders - in both the Church and the marketplace - is one of my deepest passions. I love helping Christian leaders grow in spiritual leadership, visionary and strategic clarity, communication, and organisational effectiveness, encouraging them to lead with joy, resilience, and a renewed sense of calling.
I’m also committed to helping believers integrate their faith into everyday life and to understand, defend, and share Christian truth with clarity and conviction. Ministering God’s Word is something I love to do, and many say I have a gift for preaching and teaching in the power of the Spirit.
I live in England with my wonderful wife, Catherine, and our fun‑loving daughters, Ariella and Apphia. Catherine is an ordained Elim minister and the Chief Executive of Prison Fellowship England & Wales. We’re ever‑hopeful Liverpool FC fans, eagerly awaiting the next big trophy. In our downtime, we enjoy movies, walks with the dog, time with friends, and discovering delicious new restaurants.
