About Dominic

Hi, I’m Dominic - a Church & Leadership Catalyst with a passion for seeing the Church revitalised, leaders strengthened, and faith reignited across the nations.

My ministry journey began as a teenage leader in the mid‑1990s. I later studied Theology at Cambridge University, where I became an award‑winning student. My church ministry experience spans over three decades, including roles such as Director of Training at London’s Kensington Temple, pioneering a new congregation in Norwich, and serving as Senior Leader at LGCC in Letchworth and City Church in Cardiff. I’ve also contributed nationally through board and advisory roles, including serving as one of the National Leaders of the Elim Pentecostal Churches and currently as a trustee of Churches Together in England.

Developing and equipping leaders - in both the Church and the marketplace - is one of my big passions. I love helping leaders grow in spiritual leadership, visionary and strategic clarity, communication, and organisational health, encouraging them to lead with joy, resilience, and renewed confidence in their calling.

I’m also committed to helping believers integrate their faith into everyday life and to understand, defend, and share Christian truth with clarity and conviction. Preaching and teaching God’s Word is something I love to do, and many describe my ministry as dynamic, Spirit‑led, and marked by prophetic insight, biblical depth, Holy Spirit power, and a contagious love for Jesus.

I live in England with my wonderful wife, Catherine, and our fun‑loving daughters, Ariella and Apphia. Catherine is the Chief Executive of Prison Fellowship England & Wales and also an Elim minister like me. We’re ever‑hopeful (though slightly disappointed!) Liverpool FC fans, eagerly awaiting the next big trophy. In our downtime, we enjoy movies, walks with the dog, time with friends, and discovering delicious new restaurants.
